I don't personally have anything against this game, but I wouldn't buy it unless it's on sale for $10 or less. The main problem is that the game only comes with five cheek/lip retractors. You'd be better off just by buying a bag of 10 cheek/lip retractors on Amazon for seven dollars.
Note: A size large retractor will not fit a small child. I would order a size medium retractor for a child ages The size large will fit most adults perfectly though. See my (estimated) sizing guide below.
You can always purchase 50 printable phrase cards for $ from another online site. Just Google, "speak out printable phrases etsy" Worst case, you could create your own cards if you're willing to take the time. Just be sure that your phrases have a lot of words that begin with the letters B, F, P, M. Examples: "big brown bears are people eaters" or " Mary Poppins pops peoples pimples"
Cheek/lip retractor sizing guide:
Large – adults
Medium – kids (ages 6-13)
Small – small children (age 2-5)
The photo with my review is of my seven-year-old daughter wearing a size large retractor. It was way too big for her small mouth
